I have completed Crew Resource Management Training on 8 different occasions. While the training I had completed previously was useful, the Course I attended with Oracle Aeronautics was by far the most professional and relevant to Helicopter operations.

All the case studies related to Helicopter incidences and accidents and the group activities related to specific issues encounter everyday not only by pilots and crewmen, but other staff involved in the organisation.

The Oracle Aeronautics CRM training is well rounded and organisationally focused. John and Paul presented a great two day course and I would recommend this training highly to all Aviation Organisations.

I am a great believer in CRM Training and have done several CRM Courses over the years including the Australian Airlines course. There is no doubt that CRM training can significantly contribute to improved safety outcomes for all operators, large and small. I found the training conducted by Oracle Aeronautics to be effective and relevant and have no hesitation in commending their training course to the industry.

The Crew Resource Management training provided by Oracle is first rate. In over 20 years of search and rescue operations, I have responded to hundreds of emergencies and seen the results of countless life and death decisions. You rely on effective communications and decision making for your own safety and survival and those with you. I personally know that Oracle's training has already assisted me in better resolving emergency situations and improved my level of confidence and communication skills.

Once the emergency occurs you need to be totally organised and committed to the solution. It's too late once the crisis occurs. Effective communications skills offered in this course for planning and interaction with anyone involved are the cornerstone of your survival in any emergency.

Whether you operate alone or in a large group, I highly recommend this as essential training for anyone involved in aviation.
